Home phone

I can't make or receive calls from my home phone. I've unplugged filter and put straight into socket and it's still not working. Can you help please

@La55 have you recently switched to Sky? Or has your Sky landline been working ok up to now? Is there a dial tone?

No I haven't changed recently. I had a dialing tone last night
