International calls all have busy signal

Does anyone know why I can't make any international calls? Every number that I have tried has had a busy signal. I know this isn't the actual case because I've been able to get theough to my sister on FaceTime and her landline isn't engaged. I have tonne os international calls to make over the next few days but got disconnected when I called Sky. How do I get this fixed? @Sky

I can dial numbers in the U.S. and get connected but numbers in Canada (same int'l code) are all engaged.  I have notified Sky - we'll see what happens.

@kikico you'll need to report it to Sky too. If you wish we can highlight your post here to Sky and the Community messaging team may be able to help via a private online chat tomorrow. Note that the chat is not in real time, and Sky's replies are unlikely to be instant.
