I want to book a appointment engineer for my dad's property to fix his landline

Unfortunately we're customers here and can't book an engineer appointment for you. If you wish we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here to see if they can book it for you.

 

The alternative is for you to call Sky again.

Can you tell us more about the problem? Is this a new broadband/phone installation? Or a recent broadband upgrade?

No it's un above. There is a fault with his landline at the house. I have rang sky about 6 times and they say there is fault on the line. They told me to book an enengieer to his property as the advisor couldn't do it while I was on the phone.
