Since yesterday my landline is not receiving calls, I can make them but not receive them. People calling say either there is just silence or it rings for a couple of times and then cuts off.
We've changed nothing, nothing has been updated or cables changed etc.
Any help much appreciated.

Let us know the result. If it doesn't detect a fault, it would be best to report it to Sky. Call them on 150 (from your landline).

Thanks for that but I've already done it. Broadband is working fine.
