Land line not working message check phone line

Land line not working, haven't been able to phone or receive calls,mess on the phone is. CHECK PHONE LINE> please advise.  Thank you.

Have you made any changes to your broadband package recently so is there a voice light on your hub is lit because if there is the phone line needs to be plugged into it.

What's the background? Has your landline with Sky been working up to now? Are you new to Sky Talk (landline service)? Is there a dial tone? Is your phone plugged into a wall socket, or into your broadband Hub?

Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub?

Do you have a white Hub, or black?

If it's black, is the 'Voice' LED on the front panel illumiated? Amber or Green?

When was your Sky service activated?
