I can make a call and hear the recipient when they reply but they cannot hear me

Is this happening on all calls or just to

one contact ?

I have a similar issue today - if I call the sky land line number from another phone - eg mobile - they can hear me, but I cannot hear them. This has only started today and is all calls from both mobile and other land lines

To add - this sogea ip

Router reset itself around 17:45 and all lights back on. No errors in the yslog

I have similar problem which only started today. I have not yet tried to do a reset but give this a go.

Tried switching Router off then back on again but no joy. Will phone SKY.
