Can you give some more details now as to what this issue is and if you have no working phone line have you made any changes to your broadband package recently ?

Hi,

 

I have not made any changes to my broadband package. 

 

I have all green lights on router 

 

I have ran online test - all comes back OK

 

I have tried a new phone and all new cabling (I am a IT engineer). The old and new phone both say line busy upon making a call. This has been going On for months apparently though I have only just found out after out doctor could not get through to us in a emrgeny.

 

It has worked previously with the old phone until it started saying line busy

 

If I call the landline it says number busy

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
