I've been getting this message all morning.

It's making following the cricket difficult.

Sky go doesn't seem to be affected but I don't want to watch on my

Me too. Can someone from @Sky post on the thread with an update? I have been told to upgrade to Sky Q or Sky Stream to resolve the issue 😳

@Greenmartha  Sky are aware of the issue and are investigating and will provide an update only when they receive information they can share 

 

but what I can say is that you do not have to upgrade to resolve it , it will be fixed at some point

Incorrect "no card" message

I have an up to date subscription and my card is correctly inserted, but I am getting messages saying "you need a valid subscription" and "no card".
