I ordered a new Sky viewing card (sky +) this morning as my current one is faulty
i specifically asked the sky rep - will this order effect the my current viewing - he said no - it is now showing the card is not authorised and i am not getting. any channels ???

Yes, it would seem so, it should only take a couple of days.

Yes, you might be able to access some content via Sky Go whilst you wait for your new card to arrive
