I have been trying to pair my Sy card on my SKY + HD box.
Going through the page on the web site.
The link on the ' activate my channels.sky.com/activate ' just loops back to the previous page. Impossible to find out how to pair my card.
Can someone correct this or report it to the webmaster ?

Hi ,
I have been trying to pair my sky card to sky box + HD. I have tried using the web site , and the link on the page just loops back to the previous page, so no help there !
I have read through ALL the proposed answers and gone onto settings on my sky box, but there is no page to initialise/activate/reactivate the card, as one can see in the picture of my screen. So where do I go from here ?

I did. Went to services. Attached is the screen shot . And there is no page
to Install a new card

You need to follow the instructions in my FAQ, don't try analysing each step as you go

My problem is that I have sky neither broadband nor a telephone line connected to my sky box. I presume with neither that my remning option is to call ?

Hi, yes I do have a sky subscription .......... paid up and current, that is why I am posting screen shots of what I see on my sky box.

I have tried doing 0,0, 1 and also 4 as you set out in your instructions but nothing happens and there is no page for setting up a new card.......

Anyhow,phone Sky and get them to pair your card remotely

I've been in the same situation so I did a Box Software update then don't bother with the website, just download the App (I Have NO Internet or Phone line connected to the Sky Box)
On the (iPhone) app, login with your SkyID then click TV on the bottom rom, then 'Product Settings' then 'Activate Viewing Card'.
First time just got the cog of doom so after a couple of minutes I swiped ever app closed then re-started the SkyApp and went through the above and then got the form page up straight away, filled in the box details and was back viewing within a couple of minutes
One small point, not sure if because a Bourne film on 106 but I had to enter my 4-digit PIN to watch but then all channels working including TNT(BT) sports whith my other subscription.
