I have no satelitte signal. I have gone through all the steps on www.sky.com/nss and my sky+ box is still not working.
Please advise.

"No Satellite Signal" usually indicates an issue with one or more of the following:
• The Tuners in the sky box
• The input sockets on the Sky box
• The plugs on the cables
• The cables themselves
• The Sockets on the dishes LNB
• The dishes LNB has gone faulty for the connections the box is using
You may have to call out someone to check your system, another option is to move to Sky Q as during the move all issues will be resolved as part of the install, there is also the option of Sky Glass or Sky Stream if you want to move away from satellite TV and use the Internet

Re: no satelitte signal
@Nikki1073
Sky no longer deploy an engineer for Sky+ / Sky+HD issues. As stated by @Annie+UK if your issue needs an engineer they will advise you of this and recommend you change your subscription to Sky Q, Sky Glass or Stream. If it’s a dish issue you will need to contact a local independent satellite engineer to investigate at your own expense. The exception to this is if you already have Sky Protect cover through Domestic and General Insurance whereby you can still contact D&G and request attendance.

If you have Sky+ or Sky+HD then the earlier replies apply to you too.

Re: no satelitte signal
If you are a Sky+ box customer as this where you have posted on here and your cables into the box are fine then you will need to call a local company to look at this for you. If you do have Sky Q then you can contact Sky Ireland:
