Have Sky + box - old now but working fine up until a few days ago. Have tried to download a few catch up programmes but, when I click on the programme, it comes up with a message "there appears to be an issue with your broadband connection". I have restarted both the broadband box and the sky box but to no avail. Can anyone help please?

I have the same issue and reported it to sky who suggested what you have already done with no difference.Seems BBC3 is the main issue but also on other channels including sky ones.Very frustrating.Sky say its the broadcasters issue but that is not true.I think its a way of sky getting you to upgrade to sky q box and buy a smart tv.Very clever they think they are.I have sent a message again to the help desk on twitter so lets see hat they come back with this time.Apologies but its not alot of help really.

@Oddie2004 At least I know I am not the only one! I agree with you though, Sky are really sneaky like that.

Still speaking to Sky Help who are utterly useless.I am only having the issue on BBC3 so must be because its a recently added channel.I have also updated the software on my box with no difference as instructed by Sky.lol

Still uresolved after 2 weeks and Sky say it is difficult due to the complexity of the problem.What a load of rubbish.Now getting it on other BBC3 stuff that I am trying to download.Think I will just get a sky glass tv.lol.Thankyou

No problem.Apparently Glass is having lots of problems anyway.What a surprise.Think I will wait until they are all sorted and they wont let you transfer your current package and have to take out a new contract at full price which is insulting as I have been with them for over 20 years and have discounts applied.They obviously do not want to keep their existing customers.
