booking an engineer

I've been trying to book an engineer to fix the 'no satelite signal' error on my TV but I can't find any way to do it online, and when I try and call it cuts the phone halfway through the conversation.

Although Sky themselves no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD, if you have Sky Protect through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them otherwise you'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense (or upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream).

If you don't have Sky Protect Insurance then Sky will not support you any more!

 

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Q (all issues will be fixed during a Sky Q install), Sky Glass and Sky Stream

Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ equipment (where you've posted) unless you have Sky Protect. You will need to engage a local satellite installer to sort it for you.
