On Screen message “you do not have the Sky+ Entitlement”

I get this message on screen.  I have 3 boxes 2 are fine. this one, the main one started doing this last night.

I tried phoning Sky but no one answers.  Can I stop paying them as I cannot receive what Im paying for and have no way to contact them to fix it.

I have tried everything.

£127 a month they are going to lose.  As I am not wasting any more of my time.  This is the last resort.
