Viewing card - need a new one please

I received a new/replacement sky box yesterday but forgot to take off viewing card out. Please can you send a new one.

If it's a Sky+ box then you won't be able to pair a new card to it. 

If it's a Sky Q box then you'll need to ring Sky to request a new viewing card.

@Jo197  Sky don't provide replacement Sky+HD boxes which the the section yu posted in, do you have Sky Q?
