Hi all
i am at my wits end and have a rage brewing. I downgraded my sky by getting rid of multi room and they cancelled my viewing card from main box instead of multi room. So I put the multi room card in my main box. I can still watch sky channels but cannot download, pause, rewind/forward or watch anything previously recorded on sky. I have spent the best part of 2 days on the phone to sky (in India) and they have been no help what so ever. In fact 3 times they have hung up on me. (No I wasn't rude to them). I can't put my multi room box in main room as it no longer works. I just want to talk to someone who is helpful. There is no email I can find to send message. Do I have to cancel direct debit to get their attention?

As of the end of October it is no longer possible to pair a viewing card to a different box which is why you are having these issues after moving the card so can't you just move the box instead so that the box that wasn't cancelled becomes you new main box ?
