@Lindac21  Sky+ where you have posted is no longer supported by Sky, you would need to either upgrade to Sky Q or Sky stream.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Lindac21 Try a different HDMI cable

or

unplug the existing one and switch the plug ends around

or

Try a different HDMI scoket on the TV
