I moved house and yesterday had broadband set up and all is working fine but I can't get tv up and running I have tried wps button but it won't connect to the internet

@Steven1110 you've posted in the Sky+ forum, so I'm assuming you have a Sky+ box. If so, live channels are received via your satellite dish, not via broadband.
What happens if you tune to channel 106? What error message do you see?
