Tv not working
With Vodafone for internet there was an outage on Monday everything went off have just now got internet up and running but no tv keeps saying no internet connection but other devices are working

@Carol622 you've posted in the Sky+ forum, so I'm assuming you have a Sky+ box. If so, live channels are received via your satellite dish, not via broadband.
What happens if you tune to channel 106? What error message do you see?
