Hi, I am getting the msg This viewing card is not authorised." this morning. I have not ordered Sky Q or anything from SKY. Switched off/on the Sky+ box, etc. but nothing works. I have NOT received any new card either.
Can someone at SKY sort this out please? (removed)

You'll need to contact Sky directly I'm afraid. It's primarily a Community of customers. If you wish we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you via the forum, so that you can do that.
