tv stuck on bbc1 remote flashing ok and changed batteries tv showing other channel numbers and names

tv stuck on bbc1  remote working and flashing and changed battieries anyway,  tv showing other channel numbers and names but nothing in the info column and can't change anyway.

 

Really need help hub 80 and relies on tv

tried turning off at mains and waiting 4 minutes,now waited 10 minutes after tv off agin and now no green sky light
