Hi
Last night I had the message " This viewing card is not authorised. If you have received a new viewing card please insert it now. For more information go to skyviewing help.com" . The thing is I haven't got a new viewing card . I've tried restarting my sky+ box , updating the software and removing and reinserting the card to no avail . I've tried the online help which was about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike . Any help would be gratefully received.

if you have this automatically starts an irreversible process that cancels any existing viewing cards
if you have not received a new card you will need to call sky and request one
