Tech issue

Not watched sky for a while decided to watch a movie but can't download due to technical issue comes up on tv checked all other boxes and it's the same

Have the boxes been turned off at the mains for a prolonged length of time?

No boxes have been switched on unfortunately I was the one switched off !

checked all 4 boxes and all it says is due to technical issue download can't be completed yet again later.
