Sky won’t allow me to download on catch up

I can record and watch live tv. But when I try to record/download on demand it just schedules the programmes and won't download to watch. This has only been a problem since upgrading my broadband to fibre optic with yourselves. Please help!!!

Which Sky box? Sky+? Sky Q? Or Sky Stream? Have you changed your Sky box's network connection settings to match those of your new broadband service?
