We have just received a Refurb Sky+HD box to replace the old non HD box upstairs which we were told was necessary as the old box would not give us BBC programmes as they are switching to HD.
Everything is working fine except that when using the TV planner which only shows what is on a couple of hours ahead, anything after that is shown as 'searching for listings,',also even for those programmes that do show ,when highlighted no programme info is available at the top of the screen.
we have an identical box downstairs which has no such problem, both are connected to our router, not the end of the world but irritating, any ideas guys?

If so, you can resolve it by selecting Single Feed Mode in the Installer Menu, which you can access by keying Services,0,0.1.Select on your remote.

Thanks for your prompt response Mark,I can confirm that it is a single cable input,a bit confused by your solution though as when I select the SERVICES button I get 8 boxes rather than numbers to choose.

Sorted thanks guys, after a couple of attempts I was convinced that my box hadn't read the manual, instead that applies to me,if I had read the installation instructions more closely I would have seen the solution was there, after pressing 0,0,1 I needed to press SELECT,may have been obvious to some but not to me,kiss of death to anything built after 1990!
Thanks again for your help guys, much appreciated!
