Viewing card not working for channels 101- 141

I got a message to reinsert my viewing card. I did & did a restart. Channels 101 - 139 still showing message 02. Other channels are working but also sky sports & movies not working

Thanks Annie. System says no card. Will have to ring Sky Ireland tomorrow. Probably have to get a new card.
