No Sky box return package recieved

I have cancelled my Sky TV subscription over a month ago but have still not received my Sky box return package. How do I know if the delivery has been attempted yet? Thanks.

You don't need to return a Sky+ box. The box is yours to do with as you wish.

If you're leaving Sky Q, changing your subscription, or need a new box, you'll need to return the equipment you loaned from us when you first joined Sky Q. If you don't return this equipment within the time frame given, you'll have to pay a Non-Return charge.
