The screen message says " You do not have Sky + entitlement " Which I have Full Sky +

My Skybox+ will no longer record or pause and the message states I do not have Sky+ Entiltlement!

I have rebooted the box and still nothing. Any ideas welcome how to get this working again?

@CR4000  Please see @Annie+UK  reply, does this apply to you, did you order Sky Q or Glass/Stream recently?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have not ordered anything new from Sky for years. TV Guide page also says Top picks is only available with an active Sky TV subscription.
