Free paramount+

Signed up to paramount+ with VIP 12 months free. Don't have cinema but apparently don't need it. But can't download from catch up. Message said we need to upgrade. Any ideas?

Are you trying to download something in HD when you don't subscribe to the HD package so can you try something in SD. Downloading from Catchup is nothing to do with Paramount+

I'm not sure that the VIP allows you to watch on a Sky+ box. There's no separate Paramount+ app you can log into for your offer.
