Sky issue

We are having ongoing issues with our sky box, constantly freezing and lip sync out of sync and buffering, especially when watching live tv like sport

@Barry113  These symptoms sound more like a Stream puck issue, can you confirm which TV box you have?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
