Sky dish broken in storm

My sky dish got knocked over in last nights storm. I've been onto sky via whatsapp chat and they are telling me they cannot send out an engineer because I have the sky + box and I will need to upgrade to sky Q in order for an engineer to come out. I only want a new dish, I don't want to upgrade to sky Q. Has anyone else had this problem?

You'll need to contact a 3rd party satellite installer to do any work on a Sky+ system

@Livmc

Sky won't send an engineer for anything Sky+ related including dish issues. However… if you already have Sky Protect cover through Domestic and General Insurance contact them.

@Timj1984

Sky no longer send engineers to Sky+ issues even if the box is working fine and it's a dish issue. See the earlier post marked as the answer.
