@Maria167 it's either signal related, or more likely, a failing hard disk if it's happening on recordings.

 

You can check your signal strengths by going to Services > Settings > Signal. The white part of all 4 bars should remain consistently at least half way across.

 

If they're ok, it's most likely a hard disk problem, and if a full system reset hasn't helped, I'm afraid the box is past its best.  Replacing the box with another Sky+ box is no longer possible, I'm afraid, so the solution would be to upgrade either to Sky Q or Sky Stream.

@Maria167 If your Sky HD box is faulty, a web search will give you options to get it repaired. Otherwise it's Sky Q if you still want satellite TV, or Glass/Stream if you want to keep Sky.
