Sky hd + box

I have had to purchase a new hd box as my other one stopped working and I cannot seem to pair it with my viewing card so cannot watch any programmes requiring pin or downloading please can someone advise

Sorry to say this but it hasn't been possible to pair a viewing card to a different Sky+ box for well over a year now so you options here are to upgrade to Sky Q, Glass or Stream and for this you would need to call Sky from tomorrow onwards about going this.

@Lesley1955_  I don't think it's been possible to pair with a different Sky HD box for over a year. So it's either a Web search to see repair options on your original box, or change to Sky Q for satellite TV, or Glass/Stream if you want to try Internet based Sky TV.

@Lesley1955_ you might want to see about getting your money back on the new box. What was wrong with the old one?
