Sky + HD

I have Sky Multi Room. The Sky + HD box in one room will not 'pause' and also will not allow access to Sky Sports which is included in my package. I have tried rebooting with no success.

@JohnCallander sounds like the Viewing Card in the affected box has 'forgotten' your access rights. Are you seeing an 'upgrade' message?
