Help no sky hd

Hi, we have no sky tv tonight. We have old sky hd boxes as they won't change LMB to sky q fir us because we have block paved drive and that new cladding on the front so refuse as can't put ladder safely. So on line account is grey message, tv is blue message.  Have they sent a message to his box to stop working so we upgrade?. Hopefully it's out all 3 pictures on 🤦‍♀️. Non of us had changed anything or cancelled anything,

@Jo-AnneW123 when you order Sky Q, your Sky+ Viewing Card is automatically scheduled to be cancelled at some point in the future.

 

Unfortunately that process isn't reversed if the Sky Q installation doesn't go ahead for some reason.

 

I would guess that's what has happened now.

 

If you received a Sky Q Viewing Card you can use it in your Sky+ box. If not, you'll need to contact Sky for a replacement Card.
