Went through all the advice sky give turn off at wall and wait. Switch back on. No good can not get anything

No why would it be a con?    If you a Sky+ user (as you've posted in this thread) then Sky are getting people to upgrade to Sky Q.  Not sure why you think they are trying to get you on to Glass?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Mark39 Hi, further to my post last week, I came home today to find an offer from Sky through the post to upgrade to SkyQ at no extra cost, coincidence or conspiracy , who knows?

Following a thorough search of the Sky website, this forum and before I ring Sky direct,  am I right in saying that the SkyQ box has wifi connectivity and doesn't need to be connected by cable to the router?

Many thanks, I found it hard to find anything specific but thought this would be the case with the advance in technology
