House refurbishment and need equipment installation
I have been trying to get through to a sky member. There are no numbers just bots. I have just done a full house refurb where they have had to redo all the wiring in the flat. I need to contact someone as they have removed all the broadband and tv aerial cabling and need to have it re done and set up.
I agree with @Annie+UK Sky/Openreach wouldn't be replacing the TV aerial cables anyway.

@Neha9 If you have Sky+, then Sky will no longer come out to your TV setup. You would need to contact a local satellite company at your own expense.

If they've tampered with the telephone cabling and your master phone socket, they should know better. It's owned by Openreach and nobody apart from them is allowed to touch it.
What have they done with the tv cabling? Do you still have satellite wall sockets?
