Satellite dish

.y old satellite dish is very wobbly, I'm worried it will fall and damage my patio or my garden furniture. Trying to get help from the Bot or automated helpline is ridiculous!

You'll need to get a 3rd party to sort it out as Sky no longer send "engineers" for Sky+ as it is a legacy system

@Katmc77

The dish is yours and your responsibility. I suggest contacting a local satellite company to come and make good at your own expense. Sky don't support Sky+ set ups any more including dish issues.

@Katmc77  You've posted on the Sky Board, Sky no longer supports this system any dish issues wiull need to be resolved by way of you engaging the services of a independent satellite dish installer at your own cost

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
