You'll need to get a 3rd party to sort it out as Sky no longer send "engineers" for Sky+ as it is a legacy system
Please note: FREE (advert supported) Hayu content is available via the On Demand section of your Sky planner, you DO NOT access the free content via the app!

The dish is yours and your responsibility. I suggest contacting a local satellite company to come and make good at your own expense. Sky don't support Sky+ set ups any more including dish issues.

@Katmc77 You've posted on the Sky Board, Sky no longer supports this system any dish issues wiull need to be resolved by way of you engaging the services of a independent satellite dish installer at your own cost
