It's very simple I need a new sky satellite dish

The arm that points to the satellite is broken off the actual dish

@ErnieMegaw if you have sky protect insurance contact Sky directly

if not you will need to source the replacement parts and installation independently and at your own cost

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Glass, Sky Stream and Sky Q (Satellite TV is approaching end of life so is not a long term solution)

You would need to employ a 3rd party to replace your dish if you want to keep Sky Plus

I am NeurodivergentFAQs: Sky Glass Sky Stream Sky Go Sky Plus

@ErnieMegaw

I'm afraid Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD set ups (where you've posted).

You'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check/realign/repair/replace the dish/LNB if that's the problem.

The alternative is contacting Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream. Changing to Sky Q would include Sky replacing or repairing the dish.
