SKy stopped working - satellite signal

HI Can anyone help, my sky stopped working saying it is a satelitte singal issue, i have turned of all machines and back on a dozen times tried repairing devices etc and still nothing. 

any help without waiting for an engineer would be much appreciated. thanks

You may need to contact a local satellite company to check the alignment of your dish as Sky don't service Sky+ box issues any more (unless you have cover with Sky Protect through Domestic and General insurance).
