Discussion topic: Sky±HD multi room box won't play sky sports

We have Sky±HD with 2 boxes and a sports subscription. Unfortunately we can only access the sports channels from our main box.

The second box has the message that says we need to upgrade to the Complete Sports pack? But we already have this.
