SKY + not playing back

Sky + not playing from TV guide menu. Try to choose a channel and it records instead.

Also, cannot choose anything from pre-recorded menu.

Planner rebuild does not work with this or the issues with catch up.I have escalated to Customer Priority Team who are aware of a major issue for over  a week now and technicians are trying to resolve it.
