My toddler has taken the viewing card out the skybox and won't tell us wjere it has gone we have looked everywhere for the past week. Is there anyway I can get a new sky card?

Give Sky a call and they'll order a new one for you and disable the old one.

Can be up to 5 days, I believe. Bear in mind the time of year might add to delays.
