Repeated grey screen on tv suggesting connection problem

Screen keeps appearing on tv suggesting broadband connection is poor..  I have rebooted sky box and modem.  Sky services screen says connection is good but grey screen reappears

@Davidedwin43  There are 3 diffrent boxes from Sky, which one do you have?  Sky+HD, Sky Q or Sky stream, the first 2 are not reliant on broadband for live TV.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
