I have the same thing too other channels are working but getting a no satellite signal message for BBC channels, ITV and channel 5.. I am also looking for help..
edit- post removed as @Rainebow has now indicated they have Sky+HD not Sky Q.

I headed into the services button selected settings scrolled across to the signal setting then down to the Signal strength which had an empty bar. The moment I selected it it went back up to full signal strength.
I've moved your section of the thread to the Sky+ board.
