Purchase Pending

I've purchased a box set series 1 which downloaded fine. I then purchased series 2 but it won't download- it just says pending

If series one is still downloading then series two will start when all of series one has finished downloading.

I've purchased a box set of a 6-part series. However, episode 3 is saying Pending, whereas episodes 5&6 are downloaded. So in this case, it's not a case of the episode not having aired yet.
