Connecting a skyhd+ box to my tv

My skyhd+ box has problem with hard disk drive. The box is nearly 10 years old, so got a second hand sky box on eBay with remote but haven't been able to connect to my tv. Can anyone help.

@Chantal59 if a Planner Rebuild doesn't help, or you can't complete it, tell us more about the problem with connecting to your TV.
