How do i set up a paramount + account if i dont have a sky q box or sky glass? I only have 1 of the old sky + boxes

Sky Plus users only get the On Demand content as they have no access to apps on their boxes

If you are a Sky Cinema subscriber then you should already be seeing the limited amount of Paramount+ content available to Sky+ users.
