Issue with wires outside

The wires from my sky dish outside have become unsecured and are hanging from my house really loose.

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Q (all issues will be fixed during a Sky Q install), Sky Glass and Sky Stream

You will have to find someone local to assist you with your issue

Sky no longer provides installer attendance for subscription on Sky+ / Sky+ HD hardware unless there's an existing Sky Protect Device Insurance policy in place at the address.
